The MADE Exchange™ is Life Is Made Consulting's limited collaboration program for select entrepreneurs, professionals, and businesses interested in exchanging approved business value toward eligible LIMC services.

If what you do could genuinely support what we're building and what we do could help strengthen what you're building there may be an opportunity to work together.

Participation is limited and subject to approval.

An Exchange Built Around Business Value.

The MADE Exchange™ gives select businesses and professionals an opportunity to apply approved products, services, expertise, access, or other resources toward the cost of eligible LIMC services.

But this isn't a blanket trade program.

Every proposed exchange is evaluated based on what Life Is Made Consulting currently needs, the value being offered, the scope of the LIMC project, timing, capacity, and whether the exchange creates meaningful value for both parties.

Some collaborations may qualify for a full exchange. Others may be structured as a partial exchange + monetary payment.

And sometimes, the best fit will simply be a traditional paid engagement.

The goal isn't to avoid paying each other. It's to recognize when two businesses have something genuinely valuable to offer one another.

Value Can Take More Than One Form.

Depending on current LIMC needs, exchange proposals may include:

Professional Services

Specialized services that support LIMC's business, operations, marketing, growth, or client experience.

Creative Services

Photography, videography, design, content production, branding support, or other professional creative work.

Products & Resources

Business products, equipment, materials, subscriptions, or resources that LIMC has an actual use for.

Expertise

Professional knowledge, consulting, training, or specialized skills that provide tangible business value.

Access & Opportunities

Approved event access, professional opportunities, partnerships, exposure, space, or resources with measurable value.

Other Strategic Value

Have something valuable that doesn't fit neatly into a category? You can still propose it. We'll determine whether it aligns with a current LIMC need.

Important: Having something of value does not automatically make it valuable to LIMC.

Exchange decisions are based on current business needs not simply the retail price of what's being offered.

Considered Case-by-Case

Because these projects can involve more extensive strategy, implementation, software, testing, and ongoing technical work, exchange eligibility is determined individually and may require a monetary component.

Typically Not Exchange Eligible

Business Operations Audits, paid Strategy Sessions, ongoing retainers or support, third-party software, domains, subscriptions, licensing, outside vendor costs, and other expenses LIMC must pay on your behalf.

MADE Business OS™ engagements are not currently eligible for exchange.

Eligibility may change as LIMC services and business needs evolve.

HOW AN EXCHANGE MAY BE STRUCTURED

An Exchange Doesn't Always Mean 100% Trade.

MADE Exchange™ eligibility depends on scope, availability, and current LIMC capacity.

Full Exchange

An approved product, service, or resource may cover the agreed value of an eligible LIMC project when both sides determine the exchange provides comparable and meaningful value.

Partial Exchange

Part of the project investment is covered through an approved exchange and the remaining balance is paid monetarily.

Example:

$1,500 LIMC Project

$750 Approved Exchange Value + $750 Monetary Payment

The final structure is determined before work begins and documented in writing.

Eligibility may change as LIMC services and business needs evolve.

FAIR DOESN'T ALWAYS MEAN DOLLAR-FOR-DOLLAR

We Look at the Whole Exchange.

Published retail price is only one factor considered when reviewing an exchange proposal.

We may consider:

Current Need — Is this something LIMC currently needs or intends to purchase?
Usable Value — What practical value does the offer create for the business?
Comparable Market Value — What would the product or service reasonably cost under normal market conditions?
Timing & Capacity — Can both parties realistically deliver within the required timeframe?
Scope & Effort — How does the proposed value compare with the strategy, implementation, time, and resources required from LIMC?
Strategic Fit — Does the collaboration make sense for both businesses?

Final exchange values and terms must be mutually agreed upon before either party begins work.

A Note About Exchange Requests

Submitting a MADE Exchange™ request does not guarantee acceptance, availability, or a business relationship with Life Is Made Consulting.

LIMC reserves the right to accept, decline, modify, or propose alternative terms for any exchange request based on current needs, capacity, project fit, and business considerations.

Approved exchanges must be documented in writing before work begins. Any monetary payments, third-party expenses, software costs, taxes, fees, or other responsibilities associated with an exchange will be outlined in the applicable agreement.
