Hi, I'm Ikeeta.

Founder and systems strategist behind Life Is MADE Consulting.

I didn't come to operations because I thought systems sounded sexy.

I came to it because I've spent years in environments where details matter, people depend on processes, and things fall apart quickly when communication, documentation, or follow-through aren't clear.

My background spans healthcare, entrepreneurship, training, insurance, service businesses, leadership, and building businesses of my own. Across very different industries, I kept noticing the same thing:

A lot of talented people aren't struggling because they're bad at business. They're trying to run growing businesses on systems they outgrew a long time ago.

Information lives in their heads.

Processes change depending on who's doing them.

Technology gets purchased but never fully connected.

Owners become the person everybody needs for everything.

And eventually, the business they created for freedom starts requiring their constant presence.

That's the problem I became obsessed with solving.

Life Is MADE Consulting brings together the parts of business I naturally gravitate toward organizing complexity, finding the gap, figuring out how the pieces should connect, and turning ideas into something people can actually use.

I don't believe every business needs more technology.

I believe businesses need better operating decisions and then the right technology where it makes sense.
